Using the WhichOil? feature in New Zealand

Please note that the Vehicle Registration Search feature is not currently available in all regions.

NZ customers should use the Keyword Search option and enter the make and model of their vehicle or machine to find the recommended products.

You will then see a list of matches for your keywords, usually with a choice of years of manufacture (YOM) for the make and model you have entered. Please note that for the YOM of your vehicle or machine, the emissions standard listed may differ from that of your vehicle or machine. This could mean that selecting an earlier YOM will provide a more accurate match.

For example, a 2016 Volvo FH13 540 will be listed as conforming to Euro 6 emissions regulations whereas in multiple regions, including NZ, a 2016 Volvo FH13 540 would conform to Euro 5 emissions regulations. In some, though not all, cases this may result in differing oil recommendations (usually just for the engine) so if you are unsure just contact us.
